Virtual Appointment FAQ's
How long do Biltright virtual estimates usually take?
Typical appointments only run 20-30 minutes.
Do I need to be home for the virtual appointment?
Nope! You can be anywhere you have access to the internet! – everything is done from a phone or computer (recommended for best experience).
How do I see the turf in person?
After your virtual estimate we schedule one of our site surveyors to come collect project details and they can show you samples then or leave them on site for you to review later.
What if I want to deal with someone face to face?
When our surveyor comes you can choose to be there in person to discuss project details further while they measure and document the install areas.
Do I need to be home for my site survey?
Nope, we just need access to the spaces your interested in having turf installed and all pets put away. We will leave turf samples for you. We want this process to be as easy and quick for you as possible.
Is my survey at a specific time?
Our surveys are not at specific times – but you will receive a notification the night before with a generic time frame and an update when your surveyor is within 30 minutes of your stop that day.
What if I don’t have internet?
Not a problem! We can do the estimate over the phone and send you the proposed costs and Schedule a survey to get all the final details even if you have no access to internet.
